He is also the Co-Founder of TokenCapStack. With over 30 years bridging Wall Street and blockchain, he made history by completing the first SEC-registered security token IPO, raising $85 million from 7,200+ investors across 74 countries. His career includes senior roles at Morgan Stanley, Merrill Lynch, Standard Chartered, and Chapdelaine/TP-ICAP. Douglas is also the author of five blockchain books.
Ali Davoudi

Ali Davoudi is a serial entrepreneur, angel investor, Co-Founder of TokenCapStack, and early Bitcoin adopter whose journey into digital assets began in 2011. Ali attended Carnegie Mellon University and holds a JD and MBA from the University of Houston. He has built an entrepreneurial portfolio spanning software development, online education, and private aviation — including as a minority owner of Million Air. He is also the Managing Partner of S-1 Ventures, a Houston-based private equity fund focused on seed-round investments.
