We Picked a Sponsor. Here's Why It's The Bridge.

Every week we get a version of the same question. “Okay, I get blockchain now. Where do I actually read about it like an investor?” We finally have a real answer.

OMNM has always had one job: take the jargon out of this world so that money that is new to crypto does not feel lost in it. We explain the wallets, the tokens, the ETFs, the why-does-this-matter. That is the work, and we love it.

But teaching the language is only half the journey. Once you can read this space, you start wanting to understand it more deeply. You want the flows, the numbers, the honest read on what is actually moving and why. That is a different kind of publication, and for a long time we did not have a good one to point you toward.

Now we do. It is called The Bridge, and we are proud to have it as our sponsor.

What you actually get

Let us be precise, because we built this and we are not going to oversell it. The Bridge also publishes a weekly full institutional report, fourteen pages, written for hedge funds and asset managers. That is not what you are signing up for here.

What you get is the retail edition. It is a different product, not a trimmed-down version of the big one. It is a five to seven minute read, edited every week by Douglas and Steve Kraus, two partners who have watched these markets since the 1990s. Think of it as a deeper dive into the week that just happened, with our honest read on what it meant. We are not telling anyone how to trade. We are telling you how we are thinking about it. Here is what is inside each issue:

  • The Number. The single statistic that defined the week, and why it mattered.

  • The Week, In Context. The stories that moved, pulled apart and put back together, with our take on what was actually going on underneath them.

  • The Chains. Where Bitcoin, Ethereum, and Solana stand, and how we are reading each one.

  • The Index. Our own RWA Index, the tokenization basket we track, and what it is telling us.

  • Jargon Decoder. One technical term from the week, explained the way we would explain it at OMNM.

  • One More Thing. The closer. Something we noticed that nobody else is talking about.

If OMNM is where you learn to read the board, this is where Douglas and Steve sit down and talk through what they are seeing on it.

Who edits it

Douglas Borthwick. Co-host of OMNM. Spent his career on Wall Street trading desks and led the first SEC-registered security token IPO. Today his work sits at the front edge of blockchain and agentics, building the infrastructure that lets AI agents and wallets prove who they are and what they can access.

Steve Kraus. Twenty years at Credit Suisse running institutional equity sales. He led the bank’s acquisition and growth of HOLT, the valuation framework that money managers around the world still use to judge what a company is really worth. He brings that same discipline to every issue.

Why we are comfortable putting our name on it

We do not take sponsors lightly, and we are not going to send you somewhere we would not read ourselves. Full disclosure, and we want to be straight with you here: OMNM co-host Douglas Borthwick co-founded The Bridge with Steve Kraus. They are separate companies, but the connection is real, and if you subscribe we may earn a commission.

We tell you that because the whole point of OMNM is that we do not talk down to you. You can weigh the recommendation knowing exactly where it comes from. We think it stands on its own.

The part that matters for you

The retail edition normally runs $399 a year. Because you read OMNM, it is yours for $349. One briefing a week, written for a person, not a trading desk, by the same people who explain this world to you every week.
